You need to add three more columns in above ITP, one for related construction code, the second one for acceptance criteria and third one for verifying documents.
Your acceptance criteria must meet your construction code. The verifying document must be fill out for each item in above ITP. These documents are inspection reports, test records, material certificates, test procedures, etc.
