To save your money and time, avoid any financial losses and avoid any dispute between you and your manufacture, you are recommended to do following works:

  • Submit Your Valve Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) with Your Purchase Order (Not Later)
  • Review Your Manufacture Quality Control Plan to Meet your ITP
  • Hire a Third Party Inspection (TPI) Agency
  • Organize for Pre-Inspection Meeting (PIM) with specific Agenda
  • Review your Third Party Inspection Visit Reports Precisely
  • Coordinate for Shipment only When You Received Release Note from TPI Agency

Depending to the specification of your purchase order and your order size, the above items might be different.

When you are buying a finished goods or equipment from a vendor, supplier or distributor, then there is no chance to witness some important test and inspection in the manufacturing process.

In this case precise attention must be taken to the Pre-Shipment inspection and in the review of quality control records.
